Perform detailed histories and physical examinations of new and established patients.    

Develop thorough medical documentation and charting on each patient along with appropriate and skilled note taking.              

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.  

Complete preoperative examinations for medical clearance while assessing and modifying perioperative risk.

Order and interpret laboratory tests.

Prescribe medication if deemed necessary.

Formulate complicated treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions and multiple comorbidities

Manage patients with poly-pharmacy in a safe and responsible manner.

Educate patients and carry on continued support and communication to optimize patient outcomes

Coordinate patient care within the practice and with outside facilities, hospitals and consulting physicians acting as a patient advocate.
